This leather is very nice. Color is vibrant & even, the feel is amazing. I use it to braid leather reins.

The same base leather as our Economy Fine Grain Cow Sides, this Neon Economy Fine Grain Cow features eye-catching, bright colors that are perfect for outerwear and high visibility projects. Sides average 18-24 square feet, with a consistent 2-3 ounce thickness (0.9-1.1 mm), and a soft, slightly structured temper that feels substantial without being overly heavy. The pigmented, protected finish is dry cleanable, with consistent color and texture, making Neon Economy Fine Grain Cow Sides ideal for production runs, team garments, and projects that demand uniformity and reliability.
Leather is a natural product. We strive to keep new lots within size, color, and quality tolerance, but some hides may have slight variations in size or color, or have natural imperfections such as scars or small holes.
Hide sizes may vary. Leather square footage isn’t measured as a true length-by-width area — it’s based on the hide’s surface area before finishing or shrinkage. Tanneries calculate footage from the raw hide stage and stamp the size on the flesh (back) side of the hide. We use the measurements provided by the tannery, but some variation in actual size is normal.
