About Reversible Moto Chap Cow Nappa Leather
Reversible Moto Chap Cow Nappa is a chrome-tanned cowhide leather that you have to feel to believe! The natural grainy texture give this leather incredible character, with a luxurious nappa hand feel that exudes luxury. The back is buffed to look and feel like finished suede, making these hides suitable for both standard and rough-out construction.
Reversible Moto Chap Nappa sides are very clean, and a bit larger than usual, averaging 22–26 square feet, with a 3 oz thickness (1.2–1.4 mm) that makes this an extremely versatile leather. The textured grain and reversible buffed-suede back make this an ideal leather for motorcycle apparel and accessories such as moto jackets, leather pants, chaps, and accessories that don't require additional lining. The larger hide size allows for efficient cutting, making Reversible Moto Chap Nappa a practical choice for apparel, upholstery, outerwear, luxury handbags, and accessories.
Reversible Moto Chap Cow Nappa is available in 45+ color options that are in-stock and ready to ship.
Please Note
Leather is a natural product. We strive to keep new lots within size, color, and quality tolerance, but some hides may have slight variations in size or color, or have natural imperfections such as scars or small holes.
Hide sizes may vary. Leather square footage isn’t measured as a true length-by-width area — it’s based on the hide’s surface area before finishing or shrinkage. Tanneries calculate footage from the raw hide stage and stamp the size on the flesh (back) side of the hide. We use the measurements provided by the tannery, but some variation in actual size is normal.
